The 7th AGM held in 18th Aug 2022 has the approved the following changes in the previous Articles of Association (AoA):

• Article 2(a) Interpretation – add the following: “Professional Members” means collectively the Founding Fellows, Fellows, and Professional Members of the Institute;
• Article 99 – Renewal of membership: All memberships are subject to renewal on an annual basis on the “1st day of April” changed to the “1st day of January”.

Although the registration of the updated version is under administrative and registering process, you may find the most updated AoA for your reference: HKIQEP_Articles of Association_18 Aug 2022.
