This portal is designed to streamline the submission process for all required documents and training logbooks associated with the Graduate Environmental Training Scheme (GETS). Our goal is to provide a seamless and efficient way for you to submit your documentation online.

How to Submit Your Documents

  1. Prepare Your Documents: Ensure all your documents and training logbooks are completed and signed. GETS supports e-signatures to facilitate a smoother and environmentally friendly process.
  2. Logbook Submission:
    • Training Logbooks: Graduate members are required to maintain and regularly update their training logbooks throughout the program. These logbooks are essential records of your professional development, experiences, and learning milestones.
    • E-signature: Each logbook entry must be reviewed and signed by your assigned supervisor or tutor. E-signatures are accepted and preferred for convenience and security.

Submission Guidelines

  • File Format: Please submit all documents in PDF format.
  • File Size: Ensure that your files are not larger than 20MB each.
  • Document Naming: Use the following format for naming your files: [Your Name][Document Type][Date]. For example, “JohnDoe_TrainingLogbook_May2024.pdf”.
