Ir Dr Hon LO Wai Kwok presented his first Member’s Bill at the Bills Committee on Hong Kong Institute of Qualified Environmental Professionals Bill. The Bill sought to make provision for the incorporation of the Hong Kong Institute of Qualified Environmental Professionals and related matters. Ir Dr Hon LO Wai Kwok then moved the Second Reading of the Bill.
