📌 Notice to Invited Institutes and Organisations
As part of the inaugural professional scheme, institutes and directors who have received a formal invitation and intend to coordinate nominations internally are kindly requested to submit a consolidated list of their nominees to facilitate the processing and planning work of HKIQEP.
To support efficient handling and manage application volumes across various sectors, please ensure that the following details are included for each nominee:
– Full Name
– Email Address
– Affiliated Organisation / Company / Institute
This internal nomination list will allow us to better manage batch processing, allocate appropriate support, and maintain the overall integrity and standards of the scheme. We will also use the information to anticipate assessment resource needs and prioritise processing schedules where necessary.
Please note:
This requirement applies only to institutes/directors coordinating nominations internally.
Individuals who have received direct invitation emails from HKIQEP may continue to submit their applications independently.
We appreciate your cooperation and timely submission. For enquiries or to submit the nomination list, please contact the Secretariat at general@hkiqep.org.
Thank you for supporting the inaugural scheme.
