Draft Minutes on EGM held on 3 July 2026
- Pre-registration: Members planning to attend in person are encouraged to pre-register at https://form.jotform.com/HKIQEP/agm-2026 by 18:30 on 16 August 2026 (Sunday). Walk-in registration on the day of the AGM is also permitted.
- Voting Rights: Membership categories with voting rights are Founding Fellow, Fellow, and Professional Member.
- Please note that members in these categories must have renewed their 2026 membership subscription (renewal period began in December 2025) in order to exercise their voting rights.
- Many members have already completed renewal. For those who have not yet done so, please complete the process at: https://hkiqep.org/membership-renewal/

Proxy forms must be submitted online at https://form.jotform.com/HKIQEP/agm-2026 or emailed to office@hkiqep.org by 18:30 on 16 August 2026 (Sunday).
- Note on Resolution Item 5 (Elect General Council Members): Candidate profile materials will be sent to members via email on 31 July 2026 to assist with your voting decision.
- Advance Questions: Members wishing to submit subjects for discussion must send an email specifying the topic, along with their full name and membership number, to office@hkiqep.org by 18:30 on 11 August 2026 (Tuesday).
